• Device and technical information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID / GAID, app instance ID), IP address, language, time zone, and network information.
• Usage and analytics data: App opens, session duration, screens viewed, features used (e.g., which leagues, teams, or matches viewed), crash logs, and performance data. This is collected in aggregated or anonymized form where possible so we can know approximately how many people are using the App and improve it.
• Push notification data: Device push token (e.g., Firebase Cloud Messaging token) so we can send you notifications you request (goals, match start, final scores, etc.).
• Advertising data: Advertising ID and related information used by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads.

Information You Provide or Choose:

• Preferences you set inside the App (favorite teams, leagues, notification settings for specific matches or competitions). These are primarily stored on your device; only what is needed for notifications may be sent to our servers.

3. How We Use the Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Provide live scores, match details, team/league information, and news.
• Deliver push notifications you opt into (match events, live updates, etc.).
• Display advertisements via Google AdMob and measure ad performance.
• Understand overall App usage and the approximate number of people using the App (analytics) so we can improve performance, fix bugs, and decide on future features. This is done in aggregated form and is not used to track individual users personally beyond technical identifiers.
• Maintain App security, prevent abuse, and ensure reliability.

4. Third-Party Services and Sharing

We use the following third-party services that process limited data on our behalf:

• Google AdMob (Google LLC) – for displaying ads and measuring ad performance. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID, device information, IP address, and interaction data. Sports data (scores, fixtures, team info, news) comes from third-party data providers. We do not share your personal or device data with those sports data providers.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Push tokens and notification preferences are kept only as long as needed to deliver the notifications you requested or until you disable them / uninstall the App.

Analytics, usage, and advertising-related data are retained in aggregated or anonymized form for a reasonable period (typically up to 12–24 months) to analyze trends and measure ads, then deleted or further anonymized.

Crash and diagnostic data are retained only as long as needed for troubleshooting.

You can request deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing help@codexastudios.site. Because the App does not create user accounts, most data is device-based and is removed when you uninstall the App or clear App data. We will respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time (usually 30 days or sooner as required by applicable law).

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we collect, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) where data is transmitted and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
